Mom Has Broken Her Pelvis, but Only John Makes a Web
Page Out of It
Updated 1/21/12

Who would have known that little black slab
was a camera until the first focus-flash? The second flash got
this picture!

I brought sourdough starter with me and made
this. It only has half whole wheat, but I am counting it as
fiber. Low-altitude bread is a lot more like cake texture. Mom
does not have her dutch oven any more. Who took it? I had to use
a loaf pan.

If you can look very closely, you will see
the empty skin of a very large (high in fiber) yam, green (high
in fiber) beans, and an empty prune (high in fiber) juice glass. Good job! Next morning
required swift response. (Update
- fiber intake has been decreased)

The first trip to the brewery of the visit.
Photo courtesy Ruth. It was not happy hour, so we did not get
overly happy. We will have to try again if we can get Ruth to DD
us.

Kicking
the wheelchair was not really possible, but we did have a good,
long walk along the Sarasota waterfront.

I decided to check an expiration date before using
something from the fridge. Good thing! Expiration dates, from
right to left: 10/11/11, 9/11, 8/19/10, 11/30/10, 11/17/10,
4/22/10, 11/28/08, 10/18/08, and 2/20/07.

I did say not to look up.

WoW, Mom missed the floor
rumbling and almost got spiked by Anub'arak.
