Everyone has to have their picture taken on the bridge along Eleni's favorite walk, and Ana is no exception, except she has TWO such pictures.

And, everyone has to visit Jemez Falls. It's hard to see, but they are getting more frozen with every visitor. Ana and parents walked to Falls and Springs the day before John's knee surgery.

A very nice picture on one of New Mexico's few guard rails.

Along the way, Ana and Eleni posed near a cliff, but not near enough for an exciting picture. This picture had to be retouched to make Ana smile.

Ana was brave enough to climb up inside Soda Dam. We did not mention the "Living Rock" to her.

Feeling very enlightened, Ana takes the post of local Yogi.

Eleni actually smiled due to Ana's visit, and wished she could stay.

Toward the end of her visit, Ana came down with a violent flu, that dehydrated her such that we had to visit the Los Alamos "Medical Center." The nurse was nice and supportive enough, but we don't recommend getting injured or ill while you are visiting us. Want to read something amazing? When we got to the "Medical Center," Ana passed out. John could not carry her (knee surgery), so he went to get a wheel chair. While Eleni was waiting with pased-out-Ana outside, someone walked right past without a word. Welcome to New Mexico!

To have time to recuperate, Ana stayed on a couple of extra days, being fattened up by Eleni. John was pretty worthless due to recovery from knee.
