The delay made us a little late for the Christmas Eve service at Eleni's old church, Mill Creek Parish. But once there, it was good to see Ana singing in the Wandering Folk choir and having Zak sit with us.
We spent that night in Ana's room. Sorry, no pix due to lack of wide angle lens. John felt a little crowded. Christmas day, we all drove to Annapolis, where we ran into a wolf!
Zak dressed extra nice for dinner with the Fredlund side of the family
(Well, the youngest brother and sister and their families(Send me email if you would like explicit identification at the risk of someone seeing your name on the WWW)).
Boxing Day is traditionally spent in Smithsburg with the Hallas side of the family. Here we ran into Rasta Baby.
What makes his eyes so red?
and the Pink Queen
Ana could barely carry all the presents she got.
It's a good thing she had that deer spirit growing out of her head to give her strength.
Eleni's parents gave everyone painstakingly prepared picture albums.
These brought back many fond memories.
One memory that will haunt one child for years to come was looking up to see this!
Please note that this is the only picture we have in which Maria is not messing with her new cell phone. Instead, she is messing with another electronic gadget.
